Removing a ribbon here also removes it from any jacket it's currently assigned to. The + button under Neck adds an image that shows around the member's neck on their jacket (in addition to the ribbon appearing in their rack as normal), click the × that replaces it to remove it. Neck art should be a full jacket-canvas image (same dimensions as the jacket art itself) with the medal already positioned correctly and everything else transparent. If more than one of a member's ribbons has neck art set, only the first one is shown.

Marked-inactive ribbons also sort to the bottom of the checklist on the Tracker page, below all active ribbons.
